As Oy Tampereen Hervantajärven Havu

Tampere, Finland, 2022–

1,500 m2 residential building with 28 apartments + 400 m2 rowhouse with 4 apartments. Focus on affordable quality e.g. loft-like rowhouse apartments with double height living room ceilings and prefabricated facade elements with deliberate brick texture details. Geothermal heating and A-class energy efficiency.
