6,000 m2 residential building with 125 apartments. A mix of owner occupied and rental housing with shared spaces and a shared yard. An efficient plan, geothermal heating and A-class energy efficiency secures benefits for residents, owners and the environment.

In addition, architects are required to have "vision", i.e. if they are able to combine mathematical goals, long-term work, cooperation with authorities and beautiful architecture, not many operators in the field have that.
